Jared is probably the most honest realtor you can find. We looked at a number of houses in our area, and he didn't sugarcoat things to try and get a sale. He was very honest about the state of them whether it was current issues or possible future issues, even when it meant his time spent going through a property with us was a wash. We never felt rushed into a decision, and he was very good about breaking things down into easy to understand pieces and removing a lot of the stress from the process. We can not say enough good things about Jared Thomas! We have worked with him for both selling and buying. He is absolutely amazing and in all our years we have never had a realtor like him...he goes above and beyond in everyway.....he is extremely helpful, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable.He answers all questions immediately and is very patient!
